Through a chosen group cooking challenge, your teams will learn the value of team work, positive communication and problem solving, as well as having the additional benefit of individual self-development.
So not only will your team leave with an increased understanding of team dynamics working as a collection of effective individuals – they will have also directly contributed to the daily operations of RMHA and had the opportunity to share their delicious creations with our families; helping ease the load at what is an incredibly difficult time.
