Mark has held a number of senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer at several large New Zealand retailers and most recently as CFO for Trademe. He has 30 years of experience in Governance roles in both commercial and NGO entities in the Health, Social Services and Education sectors and is a Life member of both the Child Cancer Foundation and CanTeen. He is currently Chair of 4 Boards.

Mark also provides part-time CFO services for a number of small to medium enterprises.

Mark is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
